Biological Toxins
Toxins, generally referred to as exotoxins, which are different from the endotoxins produced in the metabolism of sugar, protein, and fat in human body. Exotoxins are harmful substances caused by environmental pollution, such as air pollution, water pollution, food contamination, toxic and side effects of chemicals, pathogenic microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, etc.). Biotoxins are poisonous chemicals (Poisons) produced by organisms during their growth and metabolism, which can be small molecules, peptides, proteins, and can be classified as phytotoxins (such as ricin, abrin, and lotus root toxins, etc.), bacterial toxins (also known as microbial toxins such as diphtheria toxin, cholera toxin, botulinum toxin, etc.), animal toxins (such as snake venom, spider venom, frog poison, scorpion venom, bee venom, ant venom, scorpion venom, tetrodotoxin etc.) and mycotoxins (also known as fungal toxins, such as aflatoxins, ocharatoxins, mycoestrogen, patulin, fumonisins, mushroom poisoning, etc.).
